Leftover Steak = Steak Stew

• Whatever leftover steak you have
• 3 large potatoes, diced
• 3 carrots, sliced
• 2 cups of water
• 1 can (14-1/2 oz) beef broth

Simmer until potatoes and carrots are soft.

Serve stew with hot biscuits.
